In this workshop Hannah will introduce you to the healing powers of essential oils with a focus on spiritual practice. She will teach how, why and which oils to use for meditation, journaling, chakra balancing as well as pranayama, yin yoga and vinyasa practice. You will smell, touch and taste different oils and learn about their emotional properties.
What to expect?
In this workshop you will dive deep into the world of pure therapeutic grade essential oils and how they can support and enhance your spiritual practice, your physical and mental health. You will also learn about the different ways the oils work, how to use them safely and what to know to select the right ones for you. Please, wear something comfortable and bring something to take notes.

This workshop is for anyone who has a regular practice of yoga, meditation or journaling or wants to establish one. It’s also for anyone interested in the basics of essential oils or already uses them but wants to dive a little deeper.
